My Lifesong

First and foremost, I love my God and my wife. Any time I get to spend with them is precious to me. Reading God’s word is a pleasure and a necessity. To be able to share that word with others is a blessing, and a commission. Being able to do that with my wife at my side is a gift. Imagine a triangle with God at the tip, me on one side, and Nicole on the other. Well, as each of us grows closer to God, we grow closer to each other. How awesome is that?! I love to hang out with my friends. I just wish I could do it more often. The times I do get I treasure. I am active in my church’s youth ministry, and I am happy to serve these young men and women. It is hard to put into words what they do to you. Try spending a week with them in Florida and you’ll know what I mean. Being able to teach them is amazing, but learning from them is awesome!!! What else? Hmm…I love to read and I love games, both video and board games. The only problem is that no one wants to play me in Trivial Pursuit, and even though I collect Monopoly boards, I refuse to play the game. As far as video games, I love RPGs (among my favorites – Legend of Zelda, Shadow Hearts, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy), but I’ll play pretty much anything. I would say that’s me in a nutshell, but in reality, I have layers like an onion. Take a walk with me and you’ll see…..
